LIONS BAZAAR OPENS
The Lions Furniture Store has even more bargains for you!
Within the Lions Furniture Store the new Lions Bazaar was formally opened by Jeremy Wright MP on Saturday 26th March, when he visited the Store as part of Climate Week.
In extending the range of donated cherished possessions on sale, Kenilworth Lions will find new homes for quality collectable items while raising additional funding to support local and international charities. The new Bazaar will sell quality collectables, fine glassware, crockery, household kitchen and garden items, ornaments, vases, clocks pictures and toys.
You will find unwanted gifts side by side with period pieces and curios that include hat pins, barometers, and Toby characters to Wedgewood glass birds, model boats and warming pans. Wonderful for unusual gifts, and our thanks especially to the donor of the Japanese Puzzle Box!
Open to the public every Saturday morning the Lions Furniture Store has been at the forefront of local re-use long before recycling became fashionable. For more than 18 years it has been a firm favourite for those seeking a bargain and reduced the amount that goes into landfill.
We welcome your Donations. Donations are an easy and direct way to help support the local Lions in their work with charities, but please no books or clothes. Lions Bazaar is open from 9.30 to 12.30 on Saturdays.
